If you have received an error code that begins with CA, it is possible that someone other than you has tried to access your account from overseas country.
In order to clear the error , please view the following action :
- Login to your email registered to poker game ( if you already change your email, it will need other step )
- See is there any email from zyxxa inform you that your account tried to access from unathorized location
- if there’s any email , open it and do nothing.
- Log out from your facebook account.
- Clear cache from your browser ( if you dont know how to clear cache , then google it.. :p lol ) read here for clear cache.
- after clearing your cache, login to your facebook account , do not open poker yet.
- back to your email , and click at the “Do NOT authorize play from bla bla bla”
- you poker page should be load as normal.
